The retreat

A two-story treehouse for up to seven, with heat, A/C and drive-up parking in every season.

The Grand Oak is the treehouse you bring everyone to — and the one couples pick when they want room to spread out. Two queen bedrooms, a loft with two twins and a futon for the kids, two full baths, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a sunken soaking tub off the primary suite. Outside: a wraparound deck, your own firepit, the playground, and 56 acres of trail and mountain disc golf before you ever get back in the car. Open all year, with heat and A/C. Drive right up; about ten steps to the door.

Drive-up parking on gravel, then about ten steps up an outside staircase with a handrail to the front door.
One queen bedroom and one full bathroom are on the level you walk into; the second bedroom and the loft are upstairs by a spiral staircase.
