Where are you, exactly?

On 56 wooded acres in the White Mountain National Forest region — 859 Maine Street, Stoneham, Maine. The WMNF is the destination; Stoneham is the address.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes — a two-night minimum across all units. Rates shown are 'from' starting prices; final pricing, fees, and taxes are confirmed in the booking flow.

Which units are open year-round?

The Grand Oak and The Spruce Suite are full-service and open all four seasons, with heat, A/C, and running water. The Birdie, Bogey, Beech, and Birch are rustic and available seasonally.
