Before you book

What does the total include?

Your nightly rate, a one-time cleaning fee ($150 Grand Oak, $115 Spruce Suite, $50 at each off-grid stay) and Maine lodging tax. You see the full total before you pay. A refundable security hold ($200 at Grand Oak and Spruce, $75 at the off-grid stays) is placed before arrival and released after checkout.

When do we pay?

Half at booking, half 14 days before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days the stay is non-refundable.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimum stays vary by unit and date. The calendar only shows dates you can book.
